Can I cancel my CASPer test?
As the application cycle progresses, some programs you thought you’d be applying to are crossed off your list, and sometimes that means cancelling an upcoming CASPer test.
As long as you have not already taken your scheduled test, you can request that a member of the CASPer applicant support team cancel your test for you. Be aware, as our refund policy states, that all CASPer fees are non-refundable, with the exception of extenuating circumstances.
This means that changing your mind, no longer having to take your CASPer test, or incorrectly selecting a program are not grounds for a refund. Also, all payments are only valid for the current admission cycle, meaning you cannot reschedule your test for the next admission cycle if you decide to defer your application for a year.
It should be noted that you cannot cancel or withdraw the distribution of your score to a program after you have taken your test.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out via the orange chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of takecasper.com and one of our applicant support team members will help you!
